Pepper packed in the box has been sourced from Mr. KISHOR SHAMJI, who is associated with the spice industry for more than Four decades and joined the family business of M/s. Kishor Spices Company, which was started in 1968 by his father. The company is an ISO 9001:2008 HACCP & also IS/ISO 22000:2005 and is recognized as a Star Export House by the Government of India and received a Certificate of Merit from the Government of India as well as Awards & Trophies from Spices Board as the topmost exporter of Black Pepper. Mr. Kishor Shamji received Niryat Shree Silver Trophy Award of the Federation of Indian Export Organization from the Honorable President of India Shri. Pranb Kumar Mukherjee. Mr. Kishore Shamji is the Indian authority on pepper and popularly known as 'Pepper King' and also engaged in various social activities including managing a college. Mr. Kishor Shamji supplies clean and safe pepper of excellent quality produced only in India. The pepper packed in this box is exclusively sourced from the pepper gardens in Rajakumari spice village, Idukki District of Kerala and carefully cleaned, graded and specially processed to ensure complete cleanliness, safety and superior quality.

GREEN CARDAMOM: Sourced from Mr. T. T. JOSE and others

The Green Cardamom packed in this box is premium grade and sourced from Mr. T.T. JOSE, who is the authority on Indian green cardamom. Mr. T.T. JOSE, Managing Director of M/s MAS Enterprises Ltd, which is engaged in the cardamom business for the last four decades. He is well experienced in cardamom cultivation, processing and domestic & export marketing. He is constantly in touch with the consumers and knows about their changing patterns/preferences through his PALAT branded food and other convent products and owns PALAT super stores for taking proactive measures. Mr. JOSE has been accorded the National Award for excellence in the export of cardamom by the Spices Board. The cardamom sourced is cultivated from one of his own Muthukad estates at Munnar in the Idukki district of Kerala, where cardamom is cultivated in a controlled condition, judiciously using the nutrients for ensuring complete traceability, food safety and sustaining uniform grade/quality of cardamom. Washing the freshly harvested cardamom pods and curing by adopting the scientific method for retaining the natural colour and grading to the required uniform size is the special importance of this cardamom. Clove plantation in India is mostly in the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. Clove sourced and packed in the box is GI tagged, "Kanyakumari Clove" from Kanyakuamri District of Tamil Nadu, sourced mainly from "Mahendragiri Clove & Spices (P) Ltd", Nagercoil which is known for superior quality and premium grades. The processing and grading operations of cloves are under the management of Mr. P. Lalaji, who is also the Secretary of the Clove Grower Association.

Mr. Lalaji is well experienced and knowledgeable in Clove cultivation and trading for the last few decades. The clove packed in this box is from selective trees for sustaining the quality, shape and size of cloves. Clove sourced from the estate has golden brown colour with a sweet aroma besides the historic importance and GI certified by the Geographical Indication Registry..

CINNAMON: Sourced from Mr. D A Perera and others

Mr. D A Perera, hailing from a traditional family from the heart of the spice growing area of Sri Lanka, is the Founder & Managing Director of EOAS Organics (Pvt) Ltd. The company is the largest essential oil exporter in Sri Lanka and recipient of several certificates/awards from the Government of Sri Lanka and other spices relating institutions including Control Union, Fair Trade, and Exporter of Innovative & Value Added products from IPC. Mr. Perera having around half a century of experience in the spice Industry, served as the Chairman of the Spice Council of Sri Lanka (TSC) and advisor to the Government of Sri Lanka and other spices related institutions. Mr. Perera is the authority in spices & Cinnamon and has a remarkable team spread across the island for getting premium & organic spices and peeling the skin of the cinnamon tree, drying it to rolls/quills and cutting it to the required sizes and making the cinnamon unique and distinctive.
